These things happen

…And in that moment they recognized that they were moving towards each another. Like two galaxies undeterred by all that surrounded them, they could do nothing to stop the pull they had on one another. Even as the two began to touch, they seemed to resist until they were engulfed. It was here that the two began to dance in the night, swaying and melting into each other as if they were one. And though it would be a million years of dancing, their course was set past one another to dance again elsewhere. Neither of the two would ever be the same, and this dance, this endless dance through the void, would never leave them no matter how far away they journeyed…
